The EN 858 class I compliant manual oil-water separator is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) material and has an integrated sludge trap. It is designed to be mounted underground below the freezing line. Its round shape and non-porous surface provide resistance to oils and acids on the inner and outer surfaces, thus guaranteeing easy and precise cleaning and disposal. Inlet and outlet connections are suitable push sockets or pipe connections. Its lightweight construction facilitates transport and installation. Carrying handles are suitable for transport with forklifts. It is equipped with a 304 degree/316 degree stainless steel flotation system that automatically shuts off when the device reaches its capacity. It can be cleaned with specially designed coalescing filters for additional separation processes. The separator includes a leak-proof ductile iron access hatch with rubber seal, compliant with EN 124 D400 load class (40 tons). Optionally, it can be equipped with an oil level monitoring alarm device and a sampling shaft.
