The EN 858 class I compliant manual oil-water separator has a one-piece rotomolded body made of environmentally friendly recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material and includes an integrated sludge trap. Suitable for underground mounting below the frost line, this separator complies with EN 124 standards and has a D400 load class (40 tons). For maintenance and disposal purposes, it has a cast iron access hatch with a leak-proof rubber seal. It is equipped with a 304 degree/316 degree stainless steel flotation system that automatically shuts off when the device reaches its capacity. It can be cleaned with specially designed and additional separation processes using coalescent filters. The inlet and outlet connections are compatible with SML cast iron and plastic pipe connections according to EN 877 standards and are resistant to oil and acids on the inner and outer surfaces. Optionally, it can be equipped with an oil level monitoring alarm device and a sampling shaft.
