The Metusan Below-Ground HDPE Automatic Grease Wastewater Separator offers a complete and efficient solution for grease separation and disposal. The system is equipped with a program-controlled, fully automatic grease disposal pump, a 180-bar high-pressure clean-water rinsing system, a direct disposal pipeline, an integrated control unit, and an automatic fresh-water refilling system.

The contents of the sealed tank are discharged through permanently installed pipework directly into the disposal vehicle, ensuring a hygienic and odour-controlled emptying process. If the disposal line is too long for the vacuum capacity of the disposal vehicle, the separator’s integrated pump provides additional support for reliable discharge.

The Metusan Below-Ground HDPE Automatic Grease Wastewater Separators are available for load class D applications and in nominal sizes from NS 1 to NS 30, making them suitable for a wide range of commercial facilities, including restaurants, hotels, catering companies, shopping centres, and similar businesses.
